Questions before you buy
When do I get my license?
Right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. It appears under My account, with the download links.
Can I use one license on several computers?
That depends on the plan. Each plan lists how many activations it includes.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The license expires at the end of the paid period and downloads stop. Open a support ticket to renew.
Can I get a refund?
Open a ticket with your order details and we will review it. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method and the license is revoked.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You need an account with a verified email so we can deliver your license.
